4. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Once an order has shipped, ShapeU Store is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages unless optional shipping protection was purchased.

5. Exchanges Policy (NO REFUNDS)
Due to the intimate nature of shapewear and compression garments, ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO REFUNDS.
However, we DO offer exchanges under the following conditions:
Exchanges may be approved if:
- The item is unused, unworn, unwashed
- The item is returned in original packaging with tags attached
- The request is submitted within [7–15] days of delivery
- The item shows no signs of wear, odor, stretching, stains, makeup, deodorant, or damage
Exchanges will NOT be approved if:
- The item has been worn or washed
- The item shows hygiene concerns
- The item was purchased on final sale or clearance
- The return request is submitted outside the allowed timeframe
Additional Exchange Terms:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was defective or incorrect
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the requested item or size is unavailable, store credit may be issued at our discretion
- All exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval
6. Sizing Disclaimer

We do not offer refunds based on sizing issues. Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before purchasing.
