Returns and Exchanges
We have a 15-day exchange policy, which means you have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request an exchange. We do not offer refunds, only exchanges or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the exchange was approved or not. If approved, we will proceed to ship the new item or issue a store credit within 5 business days from the approval date.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- We offer a 1-month warranty on our products (or as required by law), valid for exchanges only.
- Warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, incorrect washing, or accidents.
- The garment must be hand-washed and air-dried at room temperature. Avoid the dryer.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Refunds
No refunds are offered. Only exchanges or store credit.
